[Collection of accounts, reports, regulation, etc., concerning the Exchequer], [ca. 1725].

Manuscript, in a single hand, of a collection of about 21 items pertaining to public finance in Great Britain. Entries include an explanation by Alexander Pendarvis of "The Method pursued in passing Letters under the Privy Seale," dated November 10, 1714, "An Extract of the first General Accot. of the publicque Debts of Scotland" dated 1708, and "An Explanation of the Writt called Six Penny Writt." A piece titled "A State of his Maties Revenues arising within the Colony of Virginia," dated January 10, 1719, discusses rents on land and duties on tobacco exports. The manuscript also includes numerous lists of civil expenses, including "A View of the Expence of Civil Government in the Reigns of King Charles the Second, King James the Second and the late King William," "Neat Produce of the Civil List Fonds for One entire Year from the 25 December 1700 exclusive to the 25th December 1701 inclusive," and "A Computation of the produce of his Maties Revenue in Ireland," dated March 15, 1716.
